Closing an Incident

How do I properly mark an Incident as closed.

There are a couple different methods.

The preferred method is to use the link at the top right of the incident view page. Click the link entitled "Mark Resolved". Only users with Admin access to the Incident will see this link. When clicking this link you will mark the incident as closed / resolved and will insert the current timestamp for the end date.

Alternatively you can access the editor for an Incident and manually change the status and/or the end date.  Only users with admin priveleges to the Incident will have this option.
